Well maybe it did, but I wasn't looking.

I unfollowed my ex AND her friends on social media to avoid this.

I didn't want and didn't need to know.

I knew her friends will talk about stuff, so I unfollowed them too.

No contact means less energy spent on her.

More energy on me.
