Didn't admit I need to change
Used excuses for my "miserable" life
Didn't talk about how I feel
Avoided "difficult conversations"
Judged myself and others
Didn't prioritise spending money on myself
Here's a different way:
Treat every situation by asking:
"Is this showing love to myself?"
- Learn to be kind
- Avoid emotional reactions
- Sleep better
- Stop arguing
- Enjoy peace of mind
- Develop growth relationships
Loving myself or not loving myself.
It's my choice.
