I'm recharging.

I'm listening to my body.

I'm acknowledging my emotions.

I'm processing my thoughts.

I'm contemplating.

I'm day-dreaming.

I'm appreciating nature.

I'm breathing.

I'm happy just being.

How do you feel when you do "nothing"?
