Why it's ok to do nothing"

Writer: Tamir BerkmanTamir Berkman

Is meditation easy or hard?

Turns out "doing nothing" can be hard work.

Here's what I've found out: 👇

Doing nothing means I've released myself from the idea that I'm as good as my achievements, my actions or what I "produce".

I'm simply content being me.

Here's what's really happening when I do "nothing":

I'm meditating.

I'm recharging.

I'm listening to my body.

I'm acknowledging my emotions.

I'm processing my thoughts.

I'm contemplating.

I'm day-dreaming.

I'm appreciating nature.

I'm breathing.

I'm happy just being.

How do you feel when you do "nothing"?
