Awareness to your self-limiting beliefs

Writer's picture: Tamir BerkmanTamir Berkman

Self-limiting beliefs are real assholes. They come uninvited, pretending to be my friend. They "mean well". They "Just want to protect me" by keeping me in my comfort zone. Yet, no growth is happening in the safe zone. No new challenges accepted; no wins achieved.

During separation these are important to realise, and deal with as soon as possible. If not, they can cause headaches, chest pains, sleepless nights, and other unhealthy consequences.

As October is mental health month, here's my attempt to raise awareness, communicate, visualise and make it easier to talk about it all.
