What really matters to you?

I used to work crazy hours and forget to eat.

I used to work days running on coffee.

I used to be worried about my KPI's.

And then separation happened, and none of this mattered.

My work didn't matter.

The KPI's didn't matter.

My boss didn't matter.

Here's what matters to me now:

My health matters.

My kid matters.

My growth matters.
